New Jersey Sinfonia (NJS) is a community chamber orchestra based in Burlington County, New Jersey under the direction of music director, Thomas Weaver. Founded in 2024, NJS is an all-volunteer orchestra comprised of talented musicians dedicated to bringing the chamber orchestra and symphonic repertoire to life. The Sinfonia seeks to inspire a deeper connection to classical music and build community within the South Jersey region through its performances of eclectic repertoire. NJS is dedicated to the performance of standard works from the orchestra literature alongside works by living composers.
